Biography

Michael is a journeyman of hobbies, always bouncing around keeping his hands and mind busy. He's loves woodworking, horses, cooking and traveling, and keeps busy as business owner, overseeing the operations of his production company, Grain & Glass.

Michael began his career as an art director, creating award campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. But his passion was always in creating images. His earliest memory is shooting on his dad’s Minolta film camera as a child. As a photographer and director, Michael has shot a variety of campaigns for Shell, Pennzoil, Jiffy Lube, Publix Super Markets, Hanes, Fanatics, Harley Davidson, Visit Florida and more. He specializes in Lifestyle and Automotive, and is well versed in both. He is well versed in the ever changing and demanding landscape of commercial production with agencies and global brands, knowing how to balance shooting both stills and video for the same production.
